When is the last day to order Mother's Day bundles to ensure they arrive in time?
For guaranteed delivery nationwide by Mother's Day, please place your orders by Friday May 1. For delivery in NY, please place your orders by Tuesday May 5th.
When will my order arrive?
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. All shipments will be sent from our warehouse in Brooklyn via UPS and standard shipping times will apply.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! All orders will receive confirmation via email provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, not currently. We’ll let you know when we do.
How much will shipping cost?
All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 (after discounts have been applied) are eligible for free shipping.
Can I modify or expedite my order?

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of order placement.
What's your return policy?
Items may be returned in new condition and with original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy can be viewed here. Email us at email@example.com for any questions related to returns or to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to two weeks to process refunds.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you have created an account with us, you can find the updated tracking on your ‘My Account’ page.
Are all items eligible for promo codes?
Promotional codes can only be used on full price items. Bundles and sale items are not eligible for promo codes.
Can I use TopUp?
TopUp is a form of payment through the New Stand App that is available in-stores.
Unfortunately we cannot accept TopUp as a payment method at this time. Stay tuned, we'll add this member perk soon!
